01 When I think of changing the world… what world am I thinking of?

Mine, of course

In mine and in the world of those who depend on me

In a world that has been expanding as I advanced

As innocent as it may seem… I want to contribute to creating better futures for all

02 When I hear the word transformation…

I think about my boss

It is the “flavor of the day”, basically an excuse to not really change anything

I can think of projects to carry out in my organization

I have already learned – and it has given me a bittersweet feeling – that it begins with me

03 This uncertainty and complexity seems to me...

Exhausting, really… When are we going to recover some sense of order?

Uncomfortable. I don't quite understand what is expected of me. I have made it up to here through hard work and control

That it is here to stay, and it encompasses multiple opportunities

An opportunity to go deep, expand my point of view and live extraordinary experiences, although not all of them will be easy

04 Who are the people whose well-being is important to you?

If I'm honest, myself and those in my close circle... I have more than enough with that

People under my care or those over whom I can have influence

I have always believed in the role of organizations as change agents

As I go along the path, more and more people, partially because I have redefined the concept of well-being

05 My goals are:

Ambitious, clear, concrete, and grounded. It's the only way to achieve something solid

Focused on advancing those of my organization, my team and myself

More than focusing on goals, I am trying to work towards a greater purpose

I have always work towards a “cause”, which has evolved over time, although it never deviates much from the original

06 This leadership ¨thing¨…

It suits me like a glove. I'm cut out to be a leader

I spend time trying to improve. I go to workshops, I read a lot, I have a coach...

It is increasingly a collective responsibility… it is about letting go of trying to be a node to become part of the network

Lately I think that the key focus should be on improving followship even more than on raising the quality of leadership

07 If I can choose…

I want to surround myself with people who do things well and without complaining… and that each of us have our own place

I want to have a team made of capable people working towards shared goals and I want to be able to delegate

I want to be with people who are better than me both from a human and from an intellectual point of view

I am ready to create broad alliances to advance towards a greater purpose

08 Playing the game seems to me…

Necessary. Essential. Otherwise, there is no way forward

Something that certain people do instead of working… though I'm considering playing it myself

It has been hard for me to not judge those who play it, but I have understood that it might be worth playing for the right reasons

Necessary, provided that you are a fair player, and you work towards the right purpose. Experience has taught me that it is a necessary step on the way to transform the game
