SENIOR LEADERSHIP TEAM COACH
I facilitate Strategic Development and "Designing the Future" meetings around core questions for Executive Teams. The aim is to boost their sense of purpose, develop powerful working dynamics and achieve exceptional results.

A space to embark on a transformative journey in good company. We convene periodically via virtual meetings of 1.5 hours every 2 weeks for about 3 months. Participants are hand-picked.

I Create, Design and Facilitate Innovation Labs and Development Programs for YouthI support them in creating brighter and more purposeful futures for themselves, their organizations and their countries.
ARTIST DATES*
I accompany leaders on an expedition to explore together complex themes using an alternative scenery (art, nature, culture…). We use these very special counseling sessions to replenish their inner well of images and inspiration.
